By visiting this website and accessing the information, resources, services, products and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions. Canada Immigration Online reserve the right to change this website content from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this website content periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Changes to these Terms & Conditions and website will be effective immediately when posted.
The continued use of this website and its Services after any changes will take place shall constitute the user’s acceptance of it.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Canada Immigration Online and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The website and client’s portal content may be downloaded for customer`s personal use and for non-commercial purposes but no modification, further reproduction of the content is permitted. The content of the website, included but not limited to images, text, executable codes, layout design, audio, and video may not be distributed, modified, duplicated, transmitted, reused, re-posted without a prior written consent from the Company. Anything that the user uploads, posts or transmit to this Website and its client’s portal may become the property of the Company and may be used by the Company for any lawful purpose, and is further subject to disclosure as deemed appropriate by the Company.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, its officers, suppliers and employees shall be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the user or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable to, (directly, indirectly or consequential), to the access and use of the website and client’s portal, any information contained on the website, the user’s personal information or material and information transmitted over the Company’s system.
Any refund shall be requested within 3 days from the date of purchasing the services.
Once a client profile is completed and was forwarded to our Canadian Immigration Lawyers, regardless to the results of his assessment, a refund request will not be accepted.
Following the initial assessment results by our Immigration Lawyers, by choosing an Immigration Program the client agrees to continue with our services. We will then submit his profile back to the lawyer for building and finalizing the application for submission. The client must send us all the requirements as soon as possible so we can move forward with the final application. In case the client will fail to provide all requirements, the application will be placed on HOLD for 120 days. At this point the client will not be entitled for a refund.
In case of a submitted application by our lawyers and a rejection by the Canadian Government, the client shall receive 10% refund of money paid as liquidated damages.
As part of an Immigration Process to Canada an English or French language proficiency test should be prevailed. In case the client will fail to provide results for those tests a refund will not be issued.
In the situations of failing to provide medicals, authentic police clearance, proof of funds or submission of deceptive documents the client will not be entitled for a refund.
All disputes that may arise between the parties in respect to this Agreement and/or its implementation and/or in respect to the Company shall be deliberated before an accepted single on-line Estonia arbitrator. The Company shall have the right to bring legal procedures against the Client, in order to collect funds owed by the Client to the Company or to protect its reputation, good name, Intellectual property or confidentiality rights, in the applicable courts at the Client’s jurisdiction and governing law there.

The user acknowledges that the company at its sole discretion, may grant limited access to its websites and/or servers, to third party Canadian immigration practitioners who are authorized representatives under Canadian law for the purpose of supplying Canadian immigration services for a fee.
The grant of such access to the company websites and/or servers does not establish Lawyer-client or attorney-client relationship between the user and the authorized representatives. Only upon the signing of a release form to the company and a Retainer agreement with the Canadian immigration lawyer.
No cancellation policy shall apply to customers that have agreed and accepted the Company`s Terms & Conditions.
You understand that the company’ evaluation is a based on an evaluation procedure and there is no guarantee a visa will be granted. All applications submitted receive an equal treatment by the Canadian authorities. The company is not involved in any way in issuing immigration visas. We use selected Canadian immigration lawyers for the purpose of presenting applications before the Canadian Authorities.
